Free Consultation (more about it)

To help you determine whether I am a good match for your project. After the 1/2 hour free consultation, I begin billing for open consulting at an hourly rate.

By "consultation," I mean talking with you about your specific problem for 1/2 hour, doing things like:

making recommendations

sharing knowledge

assessing risk

anything I would be doing for you if your were paying me.

A consultation does not include:

explaining my service offering

asking me questions about my experience or skill set

explaining my processes

These things are complimentary; I assume to be part of my duty to you so you feel comfortable working with me.
